SYNC™ Surgical is a specialized medical device manufacturer known for its exceptional lead times and high-quality production. With over 25 years of combined experience, we started as a solution provider focused on producing high-quality orthopedic technologies for our clients in the U.S., offering industry-leading turnaround times. After years of addressing challenges related to product availability and design functionality for others, we expanded our operations and team to directly confront these issues. Drawing on our extensive experience in orthopedic surgical technology manufacturing, we began designing our own innovative line of orthopedic solutions. This shift allowed us to collaborate closely with surgeons and healthcare systems, ensuring that the solutions we developed benefited all parties involved, particularly the patients.
By taking full control of the process and working closely with surgeons, we developed the SYNC Surgical TailorMED™ Program. This unique initiative enables our skilled engineers to work directly with our elite surgeons to design and produce custom, surgeon-specific instruments and technologies that enhance their surgical efficiency and expertise. Certified to ISO 13485 standards by VERISYS REGISTRAR, we specialize in spinal implants and instrumentation, as well as other orthopedic prototype work and production.
